Adapt BAMM templates to SAMM

BAMM has migrated to Eclipse and is now Semantic Aspect Meta Model (SAMM).

As a part of this the existing template for BAMM, described at https://github.com/COVESA/vsc-tools/blob/master/vsc/templates/sds-bamm-aspect-model.md shall be refactored so it refers to SAMM instead.

...and now there needs to be some VSC<->IFEX name replacements. I have started on a proposal (for the name changes - I don't know much about BAMM/SAMM) and can push it shortly for review or further work.

Some small updates in #63 but it does not update BAMM to SAMM as this ticket describes.
