A parser that can create scores and notes from the tsv tables that are available in the dcml repositories found here. Additionally, adds the possibility to parse the harmony, phrase and cadence tsv annotations if available. This method is to re-assure the correctness of the annotation positions and remove the necessity to parse the score through MuseScore.
