Nav Bar Bug

When we have a narrow enough browser window and click on the search bar, the "for parents" and "for providers" links in the nav bar go onto two lines.

We could fix this by setting it so that the nav bar goes vertical at that width. Right now, it goes vertical on narrow windows, but we should make it go vertical on slightly wider windows.

If that's not possible, we could remove the animation for the search bar, but it'd be better to keep it since it's pretty.
