Create and update test marketing event to Marketing Event database in HubSpot

This will involve writing a function that utilizes the HubSpot API (via Python client) to write a marketing event to the Marketing Event database. The values of the HubSpot properties for the test marketing event will be the following:

Event Name: CZNet All Hands Meeting
Event Organizer: CUAHSI Event Type: Conference Start Date Time: 08/05/24 End Date Time`: 08/08/24

Once the marketing event is created, update the Event Description field to read The All Hands meeting is a place for our clusters to connect, share ideas, showcase their research, and foster collaboration.
