Allow specific emails to create accounts on OpenHarvest.

A good implementation would be to have a page to manage the organisation and the users part of the organisation.
From there the admin of the organisation can onboard new users, we'll send them an email and they can join.
The flow will look like:

• User can self register, and create an Coop Organisation
  • They become the admin of the organisation
• They can onboard additional users which become part of their coop organisation

New Pages:

• Organisation Management
• Onboarding page when the user first logs in.
• Set up onboarding when the user first logs in to enter the org pin.
