New recording flow final touches

* Cap main window can overlap start recording button on the overlay. Maybe we hide the window or nudge it, or set the default position offset.
  * Area select makes this weird.
* Area select should work more like other apps
* The same window to be used for target selection and in-recording occlusion
* Higher quality app icons on Windows
