miter attack framework lookup do not include deprecated id's

Issue is technologies that send Miter id's may not be on latest version. and this was created based on latest at the time We need to find a complete list, one where we can use to automate miter lookups for both deprecated and not-deprecated , we also need to flag deprecated IDs so community can let vendors now they need to be updated.
