Issue Description:
On the projects page, current projects cards display the project name under the NPO's name. However, for past project cards and individual project pages, the project name is not shown, only the NPO name is displayed.

Expected Behavior:
The project name should be displayed alongside the NPO name for all projects: current, past, and individual pages.
Suggested Solution
Update the layout for past projects cards on the projects page and for individual project pages so that the project name is displayed alongside the NPO name.
