Hardcoded version strings

The files in this repo have hardcoded version strings in both the filename and inside some of the files, this is propagated into releases.

Eg. For example there is an asset with file name "Makera.Carvera.4-axis.Community.Version.1.18.f3d" from release Fusion Machine Files And Post Processor V 1.1.21 (which itself in turn uses tag v1.1.20fusion).

Another example from the same release is the asset Carvera.cps which has a line description = "Makera Carvera Community Post v1.1.21";

This causes confusion for users about which version of the profiles they are using.
