The HTML report uses the current date and time when nunit-results is run, rather than the date and time from the xml result file.

It should be noted that the date and time NUnit writes in the TestResult.xml file is the time the file is written, that is, the end of the run rather than the start. This is an NUnit bug, which we can't really do anything about.
