Add user 'notes' to usercards

What should be added?
An extension to usercards, which could allow users to make their own notes on someone. Could be done in a very similar way of how it is done on Discord:

Why should it be added?
Many users, including me, could see it as a new cool feature, e.g. that would make it possible to remember more and more people, by adding little notes about where we met them or who they are.

Additional Notes
I am not sure whether we should use username-based or twitchid-based notes

I think twitchid-based notes would work best, simply because a user can change their username, and still be the same user, thus all notes written should still apply, and still be shown

First and foremost, my apologies for bumping this 3 year old thread.

Recently, i've stumbled upon pajlada's chat to introduce notes for users. This could be either locked behind a checkbox OR a hidden experimental feature. This is a concept i've had in mind:

You might ask yourself, why the feature though? Can't you just save a .txt file to just remember the names?

Yes, and you're completely right. I am merely just sharing my thoughts on the matter and think chatters like myself would benefit from this. From username changers to people getting banned and making alts. It would be easier to add notes instead of opening the document every time.

But these are just my thoughts, of course you might think of a better concept or a better design style. Whether that'd be notes under the users logs, or sticking to a pop out window.
