Channel needs to be open for more than 10 minutes and without any new messages according to nerixyz.

Not sure if the window needs to be in or out of focus, the example below happened while it was out of focus.

I suspect this has been fixed. If you still have this issue, please comment on the issue.

This can still happen. The re-layout won't be that visible, but you can see a short flash of images.
