FIX: [CADT] Can't subscribe to organizations and access the API

I'm unsuccessfully trying to set up a local environment on my Linux machine. I'm getting multiple failures when subscribing to organizations on server startup.

I've followed the tutorial written here, but I'm not sure how updated it is as of now.
