Add button combo equivalent for Home and Start buttons

Right now you can use these button combos

Reset via button combo (R + Z + Start) 
Power off via button combo (R + Z + B + D-pad Down)

It would be great to have a button combo to act as Home, for when the GC 
Adapter is being used. 

It would also be nice to have some way of using a press of the Select button.
