Cannot re-neutral GC controllers #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start any GCN game through Nintendont (USB-loaded or from disc drive)
2. Re-neutral the controller (X+Y+Start while holding a Control Stick right,
for example)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The controller will have been re-neutraled (in the example, letting
go of the Control Stick reads as a left input and right input is impossible)
Actual: No change in controller behavior.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Most recent build as of 14-Feb-2015 13:20 EST (version number is hard to verify
since the meta.xml doesn't match the loader displayed version)

Please provide any additional information below.
This was noticed originally in SSBM, because one of the controllers used
doesn't have a spring behind the R trigger, making it impossible to not be
light-shielding. None of the four analog inputs can be re-neutraled. This was
true in USB-loaded 20XX and disc-loaded v1.02 (through Nintendont).
