Cheats for Melee not working?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have the sneek/kenobiwii.bin on root, i have the .gct file in a folder called 
"codes"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see at least some of these codes to work "http://bit.ly/1D4Ze5g"
Instead I see no changes (as if I didnt put any cheat at all)

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Im using r303 on a Wii U

Please provide any additional information below.
