Sound issue on PAL melee #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch PAL melee, with 16:9 patch, progressive patch and force NTSC 
(progressive patch don't work if force NTSC is not enabled on my Wii, for PAL 
games)
2. Play classic, versus or whatever

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm experiencing sound issues, for exemple sometimes it hangs when I select a 
fighter.
The music sometimes loops or stops randomly.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Wii, not sure about the revision, must be something like r279

Please provide any additional information below.
I use a USB key 8 Go VERBATIM STORE N GO.
My iso does not seem to be a bad dump, it works on Dolphin.
I was told Dolphin have also that kind of problems when "allow fast disk 
access" is enabled, don't know if it's related.
