Faulty progressive scan on Agent under Fire #176

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run Agent under Fire NTSC on Nintendont
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Intro should be visible but there is no signal. Menu works fine and so does the 
first mission but come Mission 2, the signal is gone again.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U
3.306 (Feb 26 2015) and previous versions on Wii

Please provide any additional information below.

This game has no native support for progressive scan as far as I can tell so I 
had to force it. As far as I know, the game uses different game engines for 
racing and shooting levels so it's probably switching the engines that does the 
damage between missions 1 and 2. None of the different video modes worked for 
me.
