Multiple people have expressed confusion in the support server and here. So I think this will be a helpful check and hopefully decrease confusion. This only checks if the gem being equipped is a special gem, it does not check if an event is active.
I did minor checking to make sure the code works, I did not test the entire bot, due to the scale of the entire bot, however I checked the code that I added with predefined value to see if it works as it should.
