Vector Layer cannot be controlled via L.control.layers

For now the Control Widget doesn't work correctly. The second Vectorlayer only turns on, if first Layer is already turned on.
Same issue is posted here https://github.com/JasonSanford/leaflet-vector-layers/pull/31 ...I've also tried to modified the code, but for now no success
