Problems with encoding

After selecting the Russian language I start installation I see that some items are shown with a curve encoding

Select Russian language is not in the manjaro-architect, namely the boot loader image and then go to menu select language and you will see the problem

Ok. Do I understand correctly that

1. some of the text in installer is shown in cursive cyrillic?
2. this happens in the bootloader installation menu?

I am working on a VirtualBox testing setup and created an M-A installation.
I selected Greek language on the GRUB menu and after starting M-A, the console information characters are square brackets.
Later on in M-A install settings there is also another Language selection where I left the english option selected and as far it is going (it runs now) the console info characters are in english.

How unfortunate. It seems that terminus font lacks the Greek characters? You should comment out the font line in /etc/vconsole.conf.
