add randomization to randomize the center of the circle the cursor moves to
add randomization to randomize the hit timings of relax
the cursor goes to a hit circle in the time that you give, but if it is too slow then it misses the hit circle
add easing to cursor

make a port to osu!lazer ( i know that it is hard, bcuz i can't even find the beatmap file to read the inputs from )
