WIP but this will allow use of the same knowledge across multiple domains, not just pure configuration reviews. Prototype of DSL here:

Conceptually, I'm thinking that both tags and platformtags should support multiple tags but since I'm still considering shipping the Linux, Solaris and AIX domains separately, in most cases, each file would still only use one platform tag and certainly for my use case, I don't see checks being tagged in multiple different ways.
