Add components from UT-HAI's polis fork

University of Texas Human AI-Interaction Lab have been working on a Polis fork for almost a year (presumably for related research), including a tutorial and refresh of some of the client-participation UI

Relevant to our storybook: this group seems to have converted many of the remaining portions of the client-participation interface (which is currently in backbonejs upstream) into react components. It's perhaps worth mounting these in storybook for proper consideration and ease of inspection for all involved :)
