Game is minimizing when playing in fullscreen

Bug Report

As the title already mentions, the game is minimizing, when running in fullscreen and then clicking on a different monitor.

Another weird thing is when playing the game and then leaving the fullscreen with F11, all other current opened programs are appearing in the top left corner. This issue occurs more often on the second monitor. When I try to replicate it on the first monitor, all the programs appearing in the middle of monitor 1 and 2.

• I am using experimental branch and have installed Scalar and it does not fix this issue.
