可能在断网后暂停监测，联网后马上监测一次。

应该可以用 http://electron.atom.io/docs/v0.34.0/tutorial/online-offline-events/ 中的方式实现，大概方法是创建一个 BrowserWindow 但是不显示。

进一步可以看看能不能用这个隐藏的窗口直接用 js 的 Notification，可能会方便不少。
