I think there are a few different gems for emojis, whoever takes ticket can pick one to integrate

User should be able to pick an emoji to use as a reaction. Reaction controller currently lets you type text to submit as a reaction.

A reaction should be a single emoji.
A user should only be able to have one reaction per post.
A user should be able to change their reaction.
