IIS 1.4.0, iOS 8:
Holding phone in left hand. Swipe from left to right with the thumb. Image enters the viewport from the right and slides towards left. Feels very counterintuitive.
Would feel much better if the swipe direction influenced the transition direction.
I suppose the same applies to the Next/Prev clicky buttons too.
