No Fade Transition on iOS 8 #56

IIS 1.4.0, iOS 8, Safari

Not sure if this is an IIS thing, or an iOS 8 Safari thing, but with IIS set up to use a fade transition, on iOS 8, it still shows the sliding transition.

iis forces the slide effect on all touch devices when nav is enabled.

One workaround is to set disableNav to true
