Edit: NEW VERSION FIXED IT

I have created a modpack with Reskillable. And started a world. I used 1.12.2-1.12.5 version.

When I try to use like a diamond sword, I can. Even though I have not levelled any of the skills. Any tips for a simple Minecrafter?
