Skills are being automatically reset to 1

Hi there !
I've been using Reskillable for quite a long time now, and I have this weird bug for the first time:

When I increase a skill, my XP points are being consume normally but the skill level go back to 1/32 right after.... So everytime I try to level up, it keep going back to level 1

Is there any temporary file or config file I can check to see if there is anything wrong? I don't know maybe the file is locked on "read only" or whatever?
