Oczywiście dużo lepszy kod niż był - jednak mamy tutaj do czynienia z:

jak się domyślam klasa abstrakcyjną oraz dwiema klasami extendującymi ją
występuje duplikacja kodu w metodach checkWin()
jest wielka klasa Game, która praktycznie wykonuje wszystko. Trzeba pomyśleć nad poprawą tego.
