Very slow metadata updates and critical error

I've noticed lately some issues with pulling posters and metadata taking a long time to download, sometimes up to ten minutes for a video or even longer. Tried looking through logs but I don't really know too much about what I'm looking at. I did find this showing up in the log for the main agent, in this case the gay films agent:

I don't know if whatever it's trying to do here is having an impact on the speed of metadata retrieval. If not, could someone help me by suggesting where I might want to look to find what's causing the problem?

I noticed this a while back... Some of the sites have implemented cloudflare and navigating that adds to the time. I ended up downloading advanced system care to clean up my pc and optimise internet systems and this helped. Cheers man.
