Trying to Match Film in IAFD and it's not Matching

I am trying to match a film with it's corresponding entry in IAFD and the IAFD Agent in Plex isn't matching it.
The same title does match on several other services, but their entries are incomplete or uses "non-standard" model names.

• I have tried changing the name to "Cock" in place of "Cock 1",
• I have tried reordering the agents
• Having IAFD active (this led to no match being found).
• I have removed the file from the folder, Cleaned Bundles, re-added the video file, re-ran the Agent and still has the same result as described above
• I have unselected both the Match Against film/scene length options

Other recently added films are matching with IAFD so it appears the Agent isn't broken and/or the key is still valid.

Does anyone know how to correct this issue and allow it to match to my preferred Agent?
