started with the electrical layout of the box.

wiring between following components

interface/plugs:

  • power/on button, with integrated LED
  • RJ45 plug
  • USB Adapter
  • DC-out, 12V car plug, 2x
  • PV-in, MC4, 2x

electronics:

  • libre solar - MPPT20A
  • libre solar - BMS-5s
  • libre solar - gateway (integr. raspberrypi0)
  • (optional) inverter 12Vdc/230Vac

batteries:

  • calb, LiFePO4, 4x

  • high level layout of libre solar components, interface of housing
  • add metadata (manufacturer, ...) of modules
  • CAN interface/wiring (pin level) -> notice: power over CAN for raspberry0

aehm ... the calb batteries are LiFePO4 ;)
