Sniper mode glitches

What Happened

It's hard to capture this issue but I noticed that most often it happens when after being revived and you go into sniper mode. Then, there is either just no interface (zoomed in, but no crosshair or anything) or your aim can be dragged straight down to ground. If you exit sniper mode and enter it again everything's fine, but it's annoying anyway. And sometimes it happens in other situations under conditions unknown to me.
