Laser Generator not rotating correctly

DESCRIBE THE BUG:
The Laser Generator does not rotate correctly. It's stuck at 0 degrees. Rotating the control or OSC does not change the laser direction. Always renders at 0 degrees regardless of actual rotation settings

TO REPRODUCE:
Drag Laser Generator to Timeline and attempt to rotate. No Workie. no matter the rotation, it always renders at 0 degrees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
Rotating the laser would render a rotated laser graphic
