Add option to have NuGetCredentialProviderBundleDownloader get newer version of NuGet.exe #6
Description
Right now NuGetCredentialProviderBundleDownloader gets the CredentialProviderBundle.zip which has NuGet.exe v3.3 and VSS.CredentialProvider.exe. The NuGet version is too old and doesn't work with CBT.Core.dll because it uses NuGet 3.4.
I'll make the downloader get the bundle and then a newer version of NuGet.
