Things to do better for our approach to build this app

• Listen for user demand
• The Design was not completely ready, we needed to edit the design, changing the whole feature
• Validate the design before the development, using Figma Simulation
• Be more conservative on user feedback, use it to remove features, not improve features
• Make a more thorough specification, spend more time really thinking about the design and get on common ground

Things to do for the white label version

• Pick a different library for the graphs
• Replace the first 4 Intro Pages with an infographic and add context to how the pieces work together
• Try to make it simple, remove as many features as we can start with less things
• Make more modular (add a new page like Issuance instead of ABC)
• Make a config for white labeling
• Very customized for TEC Branding, make more neutral
• Give the design team the app and then have them make a new design for the white label
• Major coordination between the Design team and Dev team
• We would want to greatly simplify the ABC backend to remove the scenarios
• Changing the currencies used... having a graphical configuration page
• Create a generic version of the forum posts so they are more reusable
• A video to explain everything and how to use the dashboard.
• So hard to understand ABC and CV without a video
