Migrate to Daisy UI

Stop using Bulma and move over to Tailwind + Daisy UI. There's a branch already active that started this work that could be used to help.

Had a quick look into this and can see the following

• Bulma.QuickView can be replaced with Daisy.Drawer
• ReactLoadingSkeleton can be replaced by Daisy.Skeleton
• React.Tippy can be replaced by Daisy.Tooltip

Everything else that is layed out using Bulma should have either the same Daisy component or one similar.
