Unable to Upload Profile Image on Chrome #73

Whenever I attempt to upload an image to use as a profile picture, it acts like it succeeded keeps my profile picture as nothing. I have attempted using both PNGs and JPGs to upload, and have attempted to use the on-site editing tools and also not use them. Using Chrome 84.0.4147.135 and the current live version of profiles hosted at profiles.csh.rit.edu.

June 2021, this is still a bug. @Lontronix asked for an issue, but since this exists I'll do a ping.

Is this only replicable on Chrome? @rbuzzell @JayHors
