Sidecar making new entries and assigning them to root. Summarize tool hiding messages

I don't know if this is the way it was coded on purpose, but whenever the sidecar makes a new entry, it either doesn't put it in the tree, or it just puts it in the root. Also, I'm almost certain it's the summarize tool, but every so often a bunch of the most recent messages get hidden as the Ai is formulating a response, and that causes the Ai to respond to an old scene, and I need to manually unhide the messages that were hidden

I'm also experiencing the same behavior with the sidecar adding everything to root and never moving any entries around. I'm using Kimi K2.5 as my sidecar, in case that matters. Not sure if related, but my sidecar also never uses any tools other than Update, Remember, Search, and Summarize, even though they are all activated in the settings.
