As a program manager, I want to ensure that a client who calls my organization when it is unavailable to take calls receives a default error message.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A caller hears a custom message after message set by CBO program manager when the incoming call cannot be taken
  • A program manager is able to specify the for a default answering message

Tasks

  • Implement TaskRouter functionality for unanswerable calls
  • Allow a program manager to specify a custom default answer message in organization settings
