Content negotiation for more reusability

Hi,
I just found this ontology and it seems like the URI http://ethon.consensys.net/ is not dereferenceable. See here for some recipes.
For example, if I ask for a given serialization, like Turtle say
curl -I -L -H "Accept:text/turtle" http://ethon.consensys.net/
I keep receiving text/html.

Would it be possible to have this feature so that I can make the ontology visible in the LOV catalog so that many users can reuse the ontology and concepts?
