Improve Slack Report for Daily Blockchain Tests #1676

The goal is to extract the success / failed / aborted count and include that in the slack message. Something based on this can do it:

file="tmp/local/BlockchainReferenceTestOutcome.json"
success=$(cat $file | sed -e "s/.*\"successCounter\":\([0-9]*\).*/\1/")
failed=$(cat $file | sed -e "s/.*\"failedCounter\":\([0-9]*\).*/\1/")
aborted=$(cat $file | sed -e "s/.*\"abortedCounter\":\([0-9]*\).*/\1/")

echo "SUCCESS=$success"
echo "FAILED=$failed"
echo "ABORTED=$aborted
