I have experience optimizing Solidity smart contracts for gas efficiency. I can review the contract storage layout, reorder state variables to maximize storage packing, and identify opportunities to reduce gas consumption without changing the contract's behavior or storage compatibility where applicable. I'll verify that all existing functionality remains unchanged, measure the gas impact before and after the optimization, and add or update tests to ensure the optimized layout is functionally equivalent.
