The current README explains the project at a high level but lacks an overview of how the smart contracts and off-chain services interact.

Tasks
Add an architecture overview.
Describe contract responsibilities.
Explain the notification flow.
Include an architecture diagram reference.

Acceptance Criteria
README provides a clear system overview.
New contributors can understand component interactions.
Documentation remains concise and easy to follow.
