I would like to work on this issue. I have experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript applications and handling frontend state management and testing. I will investigate the pagination logic to identify the scenarios where applying notification filters causes navigation to reset to an invalid page. I'm a full-stack developer comfortable debugging React state and pagination logic. My plan:

• Reproduce the invalid page scenario by applying filters while on a non-first page
• Identify where the page index is not being reset to 0 when filters change
• Fix the state update so filter changes always reset pagination to page 1 atomically, preventing an out-of-range page request
• Add an integration test covering the filter-then-paginate workflow to prevent regression
