Add a new tool to convert string to list

New tool idea

Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

now, we have list-converter tool for deal list convert to string,
but i have not find tool to convert string to list.

example:
string "abc,def,hhh"
convert to list like:

abc
def
hhh

Is their example of this tool in the wild?
