Odd Nominal Bounds in Animate Export? #912

Just updated Animate CC and when publishing to HTML Canvas, the x and y of the nominal bounds in the js file is being calculated from the top left corner but then half the stage width and half the stage height are being added to the x and y. Width and height are as expected. I have not changed the anchor of the stage so it is marked as the top left corner in the document properties - I had not noticed that feature before - is it new? If so, perhaps that has something to do with the issue (or maybe I just don't understand).

There hasn't been a CreateJS update in Animate in some time (hoping for 1.0 to get included in the next build). Sounds like something may have changed with Animate, or something else is going on....
